Amazon Payments

To save you the time and energy of having to submit payment information to yet another online merchant, Pipperoos partners with Amazon to collect and process credit card payments. After you place an order using your Amazon account, Pipperoos handles shipment and customer service directly. For cases in which an issue or question is specifically Amazon-related, we will refer you to Amazon customer service.

Taxes

Pipperoos will withhold sales taxes for purchases shipped to any location within the State of California. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. The rate of sales tax imposed will be that of the State of California, or 8.25%.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, Pipperoos will ship all merchandise within two business days of purchase. Please refer to our shopping cart for specific rates. Delivery date estimates are good faith estimates only.

Return Policy

You may return original, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and 15% restocking fees. If the return is due to an error on Pipperoos' part, the cost of any shipping will be refunded and no restocking fee applies.

We can only accept items for return that are in original, resalable condition. Please include all parts, packaging, and packing slip with your return. All refunds will be issued back to your credit card through Amazon Payments.

Replacement Policy

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if the wrong item is received, we must be notified within 10 days by phone at (888) 404.8149 or via our online contact form. The damaged item will be replaced immediately at no additional cost.
